When your consciousness is connected to your source, you have access to unlimited energy.
„Meditation is not a way to calm the mind. It is a way to enter into the silence that is already there – buried beneath the 60,000 thoughts that a person thinks on average every day.“ Deepak Chopra
Peace arises not through struggle, but through freedom.
The restless nature of the mind was recognised by ancient cultures thousands of years ago.
In India, for example, it is compared to a wild elephant, while in Buddhism it is likened to a monkey that constantly scans the senses, being impulsive, restless and difficult to control. Many people try to control this ‚monkey mind‘, but the more they try to restrict it, the wilder it becomes.
When the mind is given the freedom to do so, it calms down by itself and becomes a channel for inner peace. In this freedom, our thoughts and impulses flow in harmony with what is good and right for us, and we become increasingly in tune with life. Meditation is a healing practice.
Numerous studies now show that meditation effectively reduces stress and has a positive effect on health.
Meditation as Stress Management Technique
Meditation helps you to manage and cope with stress more effectively, and has a cleansing effect on the body and mind.
When stress is reduced, healing emotions such as love, compassion, joy, serenity and gratitude become more prevalent, as does inner relaxation and peace.
Emotions that limit consciousness, such as guilt, sadness, shame, fear and anger, gradually fade away with regular meditation practice.
During meditation, the body and mind experience calm alertness. The body enters a state of deep relaxation while the mind remains awake and attentive. Heart rate and blood pressure drop, and breathing slows down.
When the body and mind rest, they begin to heal naturally.
Stress hormones decrease, immune function is strengthened and the production of anti-ageing hormones increases.
Beyond the noise of our thoughts and our inner dialogue, there is inner peace.
Primordial Sound Meditation uses a personal mantra to connect you to your inner potential.
Primordial Sounds are the original sounds of nature — pure, essential vibrations. These sounds are calculated using Vedic mathematical formulas and tailored to each individual.
By silently repeating your personal mantra allows the restlessness of the mind to dissolve, enabling you to access your inner peace. Your entire being — body, mind, and soul — becomes balanced, enabling you to function with greater ease, vitality, and joy.
Primordial Sound Meditation is a journey back to your true essence and emotional freedom, awakening your unconditional self.

My name is Barbara von Wattenwyl – certified Chopra Meditation Instructor
The Primordial Sound Meditation technique that I teach was developed by Dr Deepak Chopra, an internationally-renowned physician, author and pioneer in holistic healing, and Dr David Simon. They aimed to translate the millennia-old wisdom of the Vedic tradition into an accessible, effective practice for modern Western society.
Primordial Sound Meditation has had a profound impact on my life. I discovered it through my own health struggles – an autoimmune disease had left me searching for new ways to heal. It helped me regain my internal and physical strength.
I am passionate about sharing this experience, and I look forward to accompanying you on your journey to a fulfilling meditation practice.

I only had a superficial understanding of what meditation really is, how it is practised and how it works. It was only through Barbara’s introductions and the subsequent sessions that a number of things became clear to me: not only is practising meditation helpful in turbulent times, but regular rest and conscious time for myself are the most valuable things I can give myself, my body and my mind. The personal mantra is absolutely unique and brilliant!
The same goes for the guidance I needed at the beginning, but which I was surprisingly able to integrate intuitively into the process very quickly. Through regular practice, I have definitely become calmer, more relaxed and clearer. It’s no longer a case of ‘oh, I should still…’, but rather something is missing when time runs out. Barbara’s passion, professionalism and comprehensive knowledge, as well as her support when questions arise, are remarkable and I can recommend her to anyone. You are in good and loving hands. Thank you, Barbara!

II was already familiar with simple forms of meditation. However, while painting, I had already experienced how powerful the feeling of letting go can be when you concentrate – a gift for an overactive and suffering mind. At first, I found it very difficult to concentrate on the mantra – my thoughts continued to race. But with discipline and by consciously trying to create moments of freedom for myself, I gradually noticed small changes: moments of calm and emptiness suddenly appeared between my thoughts.
Barbara accompanied me with great patience and dedication. She answered all my questions and always encouraged me – trusting that change happens slowly but steadily. After a few weeks, the first noticeable results became apparent. I learned how important discipline and consistency are – and that change then comes all by itself. The disturbing thoughts were tamed and, in some cases, distanced – not erased, but viewed from a new perspective, with more inner distance.
